I would like to take this opportunity to first of all thank Angela Musso for all of her help whilst having the worst time of my life. Basically I was suffering with anxiety and chronic stress which had built up over the last year or so having to deal with 3 members of my family in hospital at different times, running my son to college, running to the hospital, working also and running my own home and life whilst caring for my elderly father in-between all of this. I went on and on and on and just didn't stop and ran on adrenaline which actually became the normal for me. I couldn't sleep at night with almost psychotic thoughts whilst laying in bed. My work for the last 3 months has been so pressured with no breaks and working 12 hour days sometimes and just out of the blue my body said NO. I became dizzy, off balance completely as my adrenaline had reached its maximum and my body became clumsy, my muscles ached, my heart raced, etc etc. I ended up in A and E as blood pressure was over 200 and panic attacks galore and I was so afraid. Angela knew exactly what was wrong with me and that it had built up over such a long period of time I had reached my all and could cope no more. Angela is so knowledgeable and she listened to me and immediately I felt relief I was not going crazy. Angela advised me to take Ashwaghanda and Lions Mane which I have done and and vitamins I needed. She explained exactly what was happening to my mind and body and I had filled it with toxins and negativity and my wellbeing was completely gone. After 4 weeks of doing this I feel so much better and sleeping 8 hours every night with no thoughts in my head disturbing me and I am on the road to recovery. I wanted to share this story as so many of us just carry on and on and on and one day it has to stop and I am so grateful that this happened to me as who knows where I would be. My blood pressure is now back to normal with the help of Angela and what she recommended was spot on. My balance was so out of control I could not think straight and now I feel so calm and in control of my mind and body. The panic attacks have gone. This was a sign from the universe to take a step back and I vow I will never let myself get in that state again. Angela was like a guardian angel just at the right time and I will always thank her for her kindness, her knowledge re mind and body. My life will change now. The biggest wake up call I have ever received. Thank you Angela
